3-day, 3-night Da Lat Tour

The Da Lat 3-day, 3-night tour is a travel program starting from Saigon, usually organized on weekends. In this content, HDV Local will introduce two 3-day, 3-night Da Lat tour programs. One program, starting from Saigon, is fully implemented by HDV Local and its partners, as well as the daily organization of the group tour.

1. All-inclusive 3-day, 3-night Da Lat tour departing from Ho Chi Minh City

The 3-day, 3-night trip starting from Saigon, organized by HDV Local and partners, has the following detailed itinerary:

1.1 Night 1: Ho Chi Minh City to Da Lat

Once you have agreed to participate in our 3-day, 3-night Da Lat tour, we are excited and ready to prepare for your trip. From 2030, vehicles will begin operating to pick you up and take you to the romantic city of Da Lat. There are a total of 5 pickup points, and you can choose the most suitable departure point for yourself.

20:30: The car and tour guide will pick up guests at the meeting point to begin the 3-day, 3-night Da Lat tour. With an experienced and enthusiastic team of drivers, guests will have a comfortable and safe night's rest on the bus.

1.2 Pickup locations:

• 20:45: Pandora Truong Chinh

• 21:30: Youth Cultural House District 1 – No. 4 Pham Ngoc Thach, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1 (Park at gate 3 of Youth Cultural House – Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street)

• 22:00: Comeco Hang Xanh Gas Station – 178 Dien Bien Phu, Binh Thanh (No parking available)

• 22:30: Thu Duc Intersection

• Vung Tau Intersection – Along National Highway 1A

After you have boarded the bus, we will organize networking activities and rest along the way. The journey is over 300 km from Saigon to Da Lat, and the bus will stop at least once at a rest stop for your maximum convenience.

1.3 DAY 2: SAMTEN HILLS TOURIST AREA – DA LAT – LAM VIEN SQUARE – DON BOSCO PASTORAL HOUSE (3 meals)

05:30: Please stop at the restaurant for personal hygiene and to use the creative focus points on the restaurant's menu (bowls and cups).

Afterward, you will continue your journey by vehicle to SAMTEN HILLS – a destination dedicated to nurturing the body, mind, and spirit. This is a peaceful place where everyone can feel personal change and development, a place where you can find tranquility to experience new transitions.

Upon arriving at the spiritual tourism area of Samten Hills, visitors will experience a completely new world, along with profound changes within each individual. This is different from the familiar check-in points you may know in Da Lat.

After completing the visit, guests are kindly requested to board the bus to return to Da Lat City and have lunch.

12:00: Guests are invited to Cơm Niêu restaurant to enjoy lunch. Here, guests will experience authentic Vietnamese cuisine with a variety of rich and enticing dishes.

After lunch, guests are kindly requested to return to the hotel to check in and relax.

16:30: Car and tour guide will pick up guests for sightseeing:

Tam An Pagoda was built at No. 10, Dinh Tien Hoang Street, Ward 2, Da Lat City, and was founded by Senior Venerable Thich Tam An in ancient times. In addition to being a sacred pagoda, Tam An Pagoda also provides free medical treatment and medicine to people in need.

Over the years, this location has remained an important spiritual destination in Da Lat City for Buddhists, monks, nuns, and tourists nationwide.

Don Bosco Church in Da Lat attracts everyone with its luxurious, modern Western-style architecture, inspired by Greek mythology temples with colossal columns and pristine white tones.

18:00: Guests will have dinner at the restaurant, then return to the hotel to rest. Free time to explore Da Lat city at night. Suggestions for evening dining spots: Thanh Thao Avocado Ice Cream, Grilled Rice Paper, Shaken Strawberries, Grilled Sweet Potatoes, etc.

1.4 DAY 3: CHUON CHUON COFFEE & BISTRO – ME LINH – PUPPY FARM – VEGETABLE BUFFET (2 MEALS)

Morning:

06:30: The car will pick up guests to the restaurant for breakfast. Menu: 1 bowl + 1 drink.

07:30: Car and tour guide will pick up guests for sightseeing:
Guests will visit DA LAT VIEW, with its heavenly gate like a fairyland, where clouds float serenely.

It's not a garden in Japan, but Da Lat View – where you can find stunning Japanese-style landscapes. Here, you can choose traditional attire to admire the scenery, enjoy coffee, and savor an excellent menu.

1.5 DAY 3: LINH AN TU PAGODA – PONGOUR WATERFALL – SAIGON (breakfast, lunch)

06:30: Guests are kindly requested to check out and then proceed to the restaurant for breakfast before starting the tour:

Linh An Tu, a location within the premises of Da Lat's second Truc Lam Zen Monastery. This structure was built in 1993, on a high hill, with Elephant Waterfall in front, an area with a large stream flowing year-round.

Due to its special location here, along with its proximity to a large waterfall, the air here is very fresh and cool, offering a relaxing and exciting feeling for visitors.

Pongour Waterfall, also known as "Southern Indochina's Most Beautiful Waterfall" in the Southern Central Highlands, is considered a magnificent masterpiece of nature bestowed upon this land. In 1230, the group had lunch in Bao Loc, enjoyed complimentary coffee and tea, and purchased Da Lat specialties like tea and coffee at the renowned Bao Loc tea house in Lam Dong province.

Afternoon: The group continues its journey back to Ho Chi Minh City.
The group returns to the initial meeting point, concluding the 3-day, 3-night Da Lat tour.

2. Da Lat 3-day, 3-night tour price from Ho Chi Minh City

2-star hotel: 2,579,000 VND/person

3-star hotel: 2,990,000 VND/person

2.1 Tour price includes:

Transportation from 16, 29, 45 seats: New model tourist bus, air-conditioned, HIFI sound system, attentive and polite driver. (The company will arrange a suitable vehicle depending on the number of guests)
Accommodation: 2, 3-star standard hotel near the city center, fully equipped rooms. (Rooms for 2, 4 or 6 guests)

2.2 Meals include:

+ 03 breakfasts (Bowl and drink & buffet)
+ 04 main meals: Rich 5-dish menu, constantly changing. (Including 1 Claypot Rice menu, 1 vegetable buffet meal at a luxurious restaurant)
Sightseeing: Guests are provided with entrance tickets to tourist areas according to the program. Tour Guide: Cheerful, enthusiastic, experienced, serving the group throughout the trip.
Insurance: Guests are covered by travel insurance, with a maximum compensation of: 20,000,000 VND/case.

2.4 Child ticket price:

• Children aged 10 and above pay adult fare.
  Children aged 4 to under 10 pay 75% of the fare, including a separate seat on the bus & separate meal, but must share a bed with parents. (Two adults can only be accompanied by 1 child at 70% of the fare; the second child in this age group must purchase an adult ticket).

• Children under 4 years old are not charged for a ticket and will share a seat with parents; the family is responsible for their care. (Two adults can only be accompanied by one child. From the second child onwards, they are required to purchase 70% of the ticket as per regulations.)

3. TOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

• If a customer cancels the tour immediately after registration, a 100% penalty of the deposit amount will be incurred.
• If a customer cancels the tour 5 days before departure, a 50% penalty of the total tour cost will be incurred.
• If a customer cancels the tour 3 days before or on the departure date, a 100% penalty of the total tour cost will be incurred.
• During holidays/Tet, ticket cancellations will incur a 100% penalty of the total tour cost.
