Job description:
- Implement the program to lead the delegation according to the company's handover
- Organize introductions, presentations, and animations during the tour
- Arrange accommodation for guests
- Handling arising in the tour (if any)
- Combined with the operator to bring the options to improve the quality of the tour
- Perform other tasks assigned by management
- Responsible for guiding sightseeing tours based on the company's assignment, can guide tours in English/Vietnamese, depending on the delegation.
- Guide tourists to join the tour at the attractions during the tour.
- Take care of tourists participating in the tour and handle arising problems if any.
- Perform other tasks as required.
Job requirements:
- Love to travel, work related to tourism.
- Graduated from tourism training schools specializing in guides
- Enthusiastic, able to withstand all pressure at work
- Being able to do gala and teambuilding is a strength
- Have a domestic/international guide card.
- Passionate about working as a tour guide.
- The voice is easy to listen to, no lisp, no stuttering.
