HDV Local is looking to recruit local tour guides who can work as freelance collaborators when requested to lead tours for customers at HDV Local.
Job Description
- Local residents or working locally for 2-3 years.
- Directly operate domestic tours in your local area according to the company's procedures.
- Ensure service quality and provide customers with knowledge of culture and history.
- Update and manage the database for tour operations from HDV Local: build relationships with guides and entertainers (MCs) provided by HDV.
- Propose improvements for effective operations, avoiding errors.
- Build close relationships with partners.
- Explore and find new potential partners to select the best service providers.
- Conduct service surveys and meet customers when required.
- Support information updates for traditional products.
- Other tasks as assigned by superiors.
- Guide tourists to local attractions.
- Answer tourists' questions about local history, culture, and geography.
- Organize attractive and interesting tourism activities for tourists.
- Ensure the safety of tourists during the tour.
- Handle unforeseen situations during tour guiding.

Job Requirements
- Priority given to candidates with at least 1 year of experience in the tourism sector as a local guide.
- Knowledge of the tourism industry, understanding of itineraries, destinations, and tourism services.
- Able to plan and organize work, meticulous, flexible and quick-witted in handling emerging situations, creative and able to apply creativity to professional work.
- Dynamic, good communication, and negotiation skills.
- Honest, responsible, and dedicated to work.
- Frank, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
- Good health, willing to work overtime and travel for business when required.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and using office equipment.
- Male, female, aged 20 to 35.
- Graduated in tourism or experienced in the tourism field.
- Good foreign language skills (English, French, or Chinese).
- In-depth knowledge of local culture, history, and geography.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to organize and arrange tourism activities.
- Good health, able to withstand high work pressure.
